PURPOSE:To absorb oscillation of a travelling vehicle or the like caused by wind or the like and transmitted to guide rollers by mounting the guide rollers on the travelling vehicle body through a parallel motion linkage in the travelling vehicle travellingly equipped on buildings. CONSTITUTION:A travelling vehicle 3 equipped for inspecting and repairing a bridge girder A is supported on guide rails 5 installed longitudinally on the bridge girder A at both left and right sides and the vertical portions of the bridge girder A through guide rollers 10 supported by guide roller bumping and supporting devices S. Said supporting devices S support vertically two support rods 8 on the sides of the vertical portions of the travelling vehicle 3 through parallel motion linkages 7, and guide rollers 10, 10 are journalled on a support plate 9 fixed horizontally on the top of the support rod 8 and normally pulled upward by a coil spring 17 for preventing derailment of the roller. Also, the support rod 8 is connected to the travelling vehicle 3 through two dash pots 37 connected in series to each other. |
