PURPOSE:To obtain matted vinyl chroride sheet or film with superior properties for contact feeling, decoration and heat-stability by calender-working or extrusion-forming the resin composite material composed of the copolymer of cross linked vinyl chroride-series and vinyl chroride copolymer. CONSTITUTION:Resin composite material of 100wt.parts is composed of cross linked vinyl chroride series-copolymer of 3-80wt.parts and vinyl chroride resin or vinyl chroride series-copolymer of 97-20wt.parts. Said vinyl chroride series- copolymer is obtained by using diallyle maleate epoxidata 1,2-polybutadiene as a cross linking reagent (e.g. ethylene-vinyl chroride copolymer), and said vinyl chroride resin or vinyl chroride series-copolymer has 400-1,300 average polymerization degree. Then, plasticity-reagent lower than 25wt.parts and the sum of filling reagent, stabilizer, smoothing agent etc., lower than 20wt.parts are added to said resin composite material of 100wt.parts. Next, this composite material is calender-worked or extrusion-formed, thereby producing hard matted sheet or film with 0.1-1.5mm. thickness, above 400kg/cm<2> tensile strength and 1-45mu height of the protrusion of surface-roughness. |
