PURPOSE:To conduct the work of the height service car safely by connecting a detecting means set up to a chassis or an operating base and a parking brake and automatically actuating the parking brake when the operating base is moved to the position of work. CONSTITUTION:When the operating base 4 is moved to the position of work, a bell crank 17 is erected by means of a coil spring 24, a wire 19 in a control cable 18 is pulled through the oscillation, an operation lever 10 unified with a by-operation lever 20 is oscillated and the parking brake is actuated. When a parking brake lever 7 is pulled up, the operation lever 10 is also oscillated through a control cable 8, and the parking brake can be operated. Since only stoppers 14, 21 are fixed at the terminals of a wire 13 in the cable 8 and the wire 19 in the cable 18, the other wire is not pushed out through each operation, and the parking brake lever 7 or the bell crank 17 is not affected. |
