PURPOSE:To produce a plastic lense with superior properties for heat resistance, cold resistance, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance by hardening the film or sheet after a die figure is copied on the resin film or sheet containing reactive monomer and/or reactive oligomers. CONSTITUTION:Reactive monomer (e.g. acryl acid) and/or reactive oligomers (e.g. oligoester acrylate) of 5-50pts.wt., and if necessary, plasticizer, stabilizer, photo sensitizer, prohibiting agent for polymerization etc. are added to thermoplastic resin (e.g. polystyrene) of 100pts.wt., and then they are extrusion-formed, thereby obtaining the resin film or sheet. Next, this film or sheet is heated above softening temperature and pressed on the die without drawing-treatment. Consequently, the figure of the die is copied on the film or sheet. Then, the film or sheet is irradiated by the electron beam with 50-1,000KeV energy or ultraviolet rays with 30-160W/cw intensity and is hardened. |
