PURPOSE:To impart corrosion resistance to an oven by providing the self-cleaning layer on the stainless steel sheet of the oven having a steam generating mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum powder is flame sintered in a thickness of 50mu directly on a stainless steel sheet 1 of SUS 430 or 304 system at a temperature of about 200-300 deg.C by use of known means. Next, an aluminum enamel layer 3 is baked onto the above aluminum layer at a low temperature in the range of 550-600 deg.C. Next, a known self-cleaning layer 4 composed mainly of manganese dioxide is bonded to the above aluminum enamel layer 3. The surface of the self-cleaning layer 4 is porous and has corrosion resistance and self-cleaning function. |
