PURPOSE:To produce continuously and easily many kinds of compound molded objects an inner layer and an outer layer of which are made of different materials, by inserting through a tubular body, inner layer material under pressure into the space surrounded with outer layer material which is let out from a die. CONSTITUTION:A tubular mandrel 2 is inserted into the central position in the inner bore 1a of a heating die 1. This mandrel 2 sends forth an inner layer material A, supplied through a pump 6 from a reservoir 6, under predetermined pressure from an opening end 2b through a hollow part 2a of the mandrel 2. An outer layer material B is composed of the glass lobing impregnated with thermosetting resin, and is introduced continuously in an annularly developed state from the annular inlet port 1b of the heating die 1 by pulling force of a pulling member 7. The section shapes of the molded objects are a circle, a quadrilateral, a polygon, a L-shape, a u-shape or an annular shape etc. which may be produced by changing suitably the constitution of the apparatus. |
