PURPOSE:To discharge the rainwater to the outside if it goes into a case and to prevent the devices within the case from being damaged by providing a through hole linking the inside and the outside of the case at the fringe part of a loudspeaker or at the lower part of the speaker containing side of the case. CONSTITUTION:A loudspeaker 2 having the waterproof treatment applied on the surface is attached at the opening part of a water resistant case 1, and at the same time an electronic circuit device 3 of a sound generator, etc. is attached at the bottom part of the case 1. A water resistant partitioning wall 4 is set between the speaker 2 and the device 3 to separate them from each other. A small through hole 5 of about 1mm.X2mm. is formed at the fringe part of the speaker 2 to ensure the linkage between the speaker containing side within the case 1 and the outside of the case 1. In such constitution, the rainwater if goes into the area at the spaker containing side within the case 1 is discharged outside the case 1 through the hole 5 and the vibrating pressure of the speaker 2. Thus the devices within the case 1 can be prevented from being damaged by the rainwater. |
