CONSTITUTION:Manholes 1a, 1b, the gas pipings 2a, 2b and the liquid pipings 3a, 3b are set up through opening and closing valves at every each chamber A, B of the tank. The steam and dried-gas pipings 4, 5 are connected to the gas pipings 2a, 2b in changeover-free form through opening and closing valves, and the piping 6 reaching the incinerator is connected to the liquid pipings 3a, 3b through an opening and closing valve. The liquid pipings and the piping 6 are communicated, and organic matter remaining in the tank and the liquid pipings is purged to the incinerator The gas pipings and the steam piping are communicated, and organic matter is washed and purged by steam. The gas pipings and the piping 5 are communicated, and steam and a small amount of residual organic matter are discharged together with dried air. Exhaust gas, etc. generated when these work is conducted are introduced into the incinerator, and changed into the innoxious substances. |
