PURPOSE:To perform temp. detection and logarithmic conversion with one nonlinear type element by converting the resistance of a humidity detecting element logarithmically while detecting ambient temp. with a diode. CONSTITUTION:A pulse controller 1 generates timing signals S1-S4, of which the mutual overlapping of the signal S1 and S2 is avoided. The signal S1 is applied to the input terminal of an operational amplifier 2 having a humidity sensing element 9 and the signal S2 to the input terminal of an operational amplifier 3, respectively. The outputs of the amplifier 2 are inputted alternately to an amplifier 4 having a diode 8, by which the outputs are logarithmicaly converted. The outputs of the amplifier 4 are stored by voltage storage devices 5, 6 operated by the signals S3, S4 from the controller 1 and are operated by an arithmetic unit 7; thereafter, the output voltage is applied to an output terminal 15. |
