PURPOSE:In the current collecting board for a heat cell, to prevent the liquid shortcircuit and to stabilize the voltage, by employing such structure where the major part of the bent section is removed and opened as the fire path while the connection between the positive pole current collecting board and the negative pole current collecting board is performed at the outer-circumferential section of the current collecting board. CONSTITUTION:The joints 2, 2' between the negative 3 and positive 1 plates are bent obliquely and are continuous to the following element cell. An open section 4 is provided at the central portion of the bent section of the current collecting board except said joints 2, 2' to prevent the creeping of the dissolved electrolyte where the leak-proof member 7 for preventing the leakage electrolyte is made of asbestos, alumina paper, etc. The positive pole current collecting board 1 of the element cell (a) and the negative pole current collecting board 3 of the element cell (b) are connected by an integrated board and the following element cells are connected in same manner to constitute many element cells connected is series. The positive pole current collecting board 1 and the negative pole current collecting board 3 are separated by the open section 4 while at both ends the current collecting mamber having the shape connected with the width same or shorter than that of the liquid-proof preventing member 7 are provided thus to prevent the creeping of the dissolved electolyte. |
