PURPOSE:To load many electronic parts automatically with ease by providing the endless conveying chain of a titled device having work attracting grooves which are formed with the holders for the work to be soldered in parallel extending from the end to the other end in such a way the grooves can be turned horizontally and vertically. CONSTITUTION:In order to solder the lead wires l projecting from both sides of a body of electronic parts W, the work W is supported with the wires l from a supplying part 21 and the number of the work corresponding to the attracting grooves 61 of work holders 60 is bypassed below a holder turning part 5. When the work W moves above a work mounting part 4, the work is pushed upward and stops temporarily, then many pieces of the work are attracted simultaneously and magnetically by the grooves 61 in the horizontal position of the holders 60 supported by a conveying chain 3 under standing-by. The holders 60 are turned 90 deg. around a shaft 54, by which the work W is positioned vertically. Thereupon the holders 60 are conveyed and are moved upward in respective tanks in flux and soldering parts 7, 8, whereby the wires l on one side are soldered. The chain 3 turns back from the upper to lower moving part and the wires l on the other side are inverted downward and are similarly treated in the lower side tanks. |
