PURPOSE:To quickly correspond to the request of change in chip constitution from the users and to mass-produce at the same process, by using a fuse line possible for blowing for the connection between gate control conductors. CONSTITUTION:Gate control conductors which are adjacent with each other among odd number of gate control conductors 81-8k+1 and even number of gate control conductors 82-8k, are connected with fuse lines fJ,J+2 (j=1,3,-k-1) and Fj,j+2 (j=2,4,-k-). In this case, a connection pad P to an external circuit is attached to terminals of incoming/outgoing conductor members 8a, 8b of each gate control conductor 8j (j=1,2,-k+1). |
