PURPOSE:To make a minute sensor eliminating the need to provide with a room standard liquid, by covering a polymer film derived from an aromatic compound containing nitrogen atoms or a hydroxy aromatic compound on the surface of a tip end disk of an electrically conductive substance. CONSTITUTION:An ion sensor is made by covering the circumference of an optionally shaped, e.g. rod-shaped, electrically conductive substance 11 by an insulating material 13 and covering and fixing a prescribed polymer film 12 on the surface of a tip end disk. The film 12 is made of an aromatic compound containing nitrogen atoms or a hydroxy aromatic compound. The aromatic compound containing nitrogen atoms is shown by formula (I). Where, Ar is an aromatic nucleus, R is a substituent, m is 0 or an integer of >=1 and n is an integer of >=1 and then, m+n not exceed the number of effective valence. But, Ar may be 0 in case of a heterocyclic compound containing nitrogen atoms. Also, the hydroxy aromatic compound is shown by formula (II). Where, Ar is an aromatic nucleus, R is a substituent and l is 0 or the effective valence of Ar. |
