FLUOROSCOPIC INSPECTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To inspect the entire part of a specimen easily in a fluoroscopic inspecting device by rotating the specimen and a correcting plate around the radiation centerline of X-rays, and detecting the transmitted X-rays with a cemera having the visual field extending in a radial direction. CONSTITUTION:A specimen 13 is placed on a work holder 12 by fitting the same onto the projection 12a of the holder. A space part 14a depending upon the shape of the specimen 13 is formed to a correcting plate 14 in such a way that the X-rays emitted from an X-ray generator 11 and transmitted throgh the specimen have roughly uniform intensity. The radiation center 11a of the generator 11 is on the axial center of the projection 12a and with the axial center thereof as a revolving axis, the specimen is rotated. The fluoroscopic inspecting visual field X of an image sensor camera 15 is so disposed as to extent in a radial direction roughly from the rotating center of the specimen. Since the specimen, the holder and the correcting plate rotate in one body, the transmitted X-rays corrected ideally in any position are made incident to the camera.
