PURPOSE:To simplify the handling as well as to speed up the response time for the titled electronic circuit member by a method wherein an optical element is provided a the circumferential part of an electronic circuit card. CONSTITUTION:An optical element group is provided at the circusmferential part 10 of a substrate 11. On the inside of each terminal part 16 of the optical element, a light-emitting element 12 and a light-receiving element 13 are provided. When a circuit output signal is transferred to the terminal part 16 by the operation of the circuit part of the substrate 11, the light-emitting element 12 functions, a beam of light 17 is transferred to other substrate 11a, and it is irradiated at the terminal part 16a of the substrate 11a. The light-receiving element 13 on the terminal part 16a receives the light and turned into a conductive status. Thus, the signal at the terminal part 16 is transferred to the terminal part 16a without performing an additional process. A signal is transferred from the substrate 11a to the substrate 11 in exactly the same manner as above. |
