PURPOSE:To facilitate span adjustment by setting a multiplier, used in multiplication for equalizing a digital value obtained by A/D conversion to a prescribed digital value, on a ten-key switch. CONSTITUTION:When a body is placed on a stabilized pan 1, a digital output which corresponds to the sensitivity of a load cell 7 and the gain of an amplifier 8 is obtained through an A/D converter 9 and then supplied as a multiplicand to the 1st multiplier 10. Switches on a ten-key switch 6 are pressed selectively to store the digital value as a multiplier in a span memory circuit 12. The output of the memory circuit 12 is multiplied by the output of the A/D converter 9 and the result is displayed on a display part through a display circuit 16, so the switches on the ten-key switch 6 are only operated to obtain desired weight on the display. |
