PURPOSE:To adjust optical axis easily by means of a light shielding plate provided with guiding grooves such as slits connecting to a pinhole. CONSTITUTION:A light shielding plate consists of a plate provided with a pinhole 4 in the central part of slitlike grooves which intersect orthogonally. For example, it is assumed that an optical axis 3 is on the plane of a shielding plate 1a. If in this time the plate 1 is moved so as to move the axis 3 in an arrow 5 direction, the movement in the arrow 5 direction is stopped where the optical axis arrives at a slit 2c. Then the plate 1 is moved so as to move the axis 3 in an arrow 6 direction. If the plate is moved along the slit 2c, the axis 3 can be aligned to the position of an intended pinhole 4. The optical axis is adjusted more easily as compared with the case in which the optical axis 3 is aligned by random scanning of the pinhole 4. |
