A fork-lift truck with load-suspension means, which are arranged on vertically movable running rollers and on the lift-truck side are arranged on a load part guided in a vertically movable manner in the vehicle, has a lifting unit which supports the load part at the top, which is movable with rollers in roller mast guides of a drive part. Articulated links consisting of two tie rods are arranged between the upper end of the load part and an adjusting lever of the running rollers. In the connection of the articulated links, a guide roller runs on the drive part on a guide directed with increasing height towards the drive part. In the process, a force polygon consisting of tie rods and tie linkages, mounted in an articulated manner at the upper end of the load part, and also of the load part is adjusted by the rectilinear guidance with the guide roller, in which force polygon the tie bars increasingly tilt away from the load part with their lower end with increasing height of the load part. <IMAGE>
