PURPOSE:To weld even parts of a complicate form easily with excellent joining strength by heating and fusing principally a metallic part at a butt part between metal and non-oxide ceramics, and allowing the fused metal to react with the ceramics. CONSTITUTION:A metallic material 1 and an Si3N4 or SiC non-oxide ceramics material 2, when joined together, are allowed to abut on each other at a junction part. Then, the metallic material 1 is irradiated with a laser beam 3a from a laser beam source 3 principally at the butt part and thus heated and fused to be joined together by the reaction between the fused metal and ceramics material 2. |
