PURPOSE:To illuminate respective reacting vessels provided in a microplate roughly with the same bringhtness and to decide the cohesive reaction of partiticles accurately by providing light emitting elements individually below the respective vessels. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of reacting vessels 2 are formed in a microplate 1 consisting of a transparent base plate, and light emitting elements are buried in the vessels 2 on the optical axes below the respective vessels. The light emitting elements in the respective rows are connected to terminals 4 provided by each light emitting element row. When the microplate 1 is placed on a carrier 5, the terminal 4, 6 conduct. When the microplate 1 placed on the carrier 5 is conveyed to a photometric position upon lapse of a prescribed reaction time after test liquid is dispensed in each vessel, the terminals 6 contact successively with power source terminals 7, and the light emitting elements corresponding to the respective reacting vessel rows emit light to illuminate the reacting vessel row. The cohesive patterns of particles formed on the bottom surfaces of the reacting vessels are detected with a photometric device. |
