PURPOSE:To promote a plasticized state, by providing a rod at the tip of a screw with a mechanism for grinding finely an unmolten plastic without causing it to generate heat. CONSTITUTION:The rod 2 at the tip of the screw 1 is formed with a space 10 by a projection 8 on the side surface of a ring 7, and further spaces 13 are formed by the outer surface of a part of the rod 2 having grooves 3 and the inner surface of the ring 7. When the rod 2 is rotated together with the screw 1, a plastic is passed through the grooves 3 and the spaces 13, 10, to reach a path 12, and is moved along the outer surface of a cone section 5 to be extruded outwards. |
