PURPOSE:To automatically remove an empty paper tube, by constituting a device in such a manner that the paper tube is held between chuck noses, and a vibration frame, provided to a movable slide frame parallel to the paper tube, holds a central part of the paper tube to vibrate the paper tube. CONSTITUTION:An empty paper tube 6 is set to a carry-in position, and a central part of the paper tube 6 is held in a clamping state by a finger 19 together with separating work of noses 7. When one of the noses 7 is not released, the paper tube 6 and the finger 19 are also moved by pulling force of a nose removal cylinder to a side of the nose 7 not released. In this way, a vibration cylinder 17 is actuated to apply vibration to the paper tube 6 with a vibration frame 15 and separate the nose 7 from the paper tube 6. Then a slide frame 14 is reset to the original position to perform alignment, while the empty paper tube 6 is removed from a rewinder. When the alignment can not be performed, the paper tube 6 is decided not to be released, and vibration is repeatedly applied. In this way, the empty paper tube can be automatically removed. |
