The facing-masonrywork elements or frost-resistant-masonrywork elements are prefabricated in dimensional-grid templates, i.e. are assembled from individual blocks to form elements, and, reinforced with a carrier/suspension mounting rail, are simultaneously provided with mortar and jointed. The finished elements are suspended, along with the carrier/suspension mounting rail, in a grid rail fitted perpendicularly on the building wall and are pushed into the assembly. Only the joints of the elements still have to be provided with mortar and jointed on the building site. It is thus possible to produce the elements at the factory. Mounting of the elements thus saves a lot of time and is also suitable for existing houses and facades for the purpose of subsequent heat insulation and sound insulation and also for renovation, the fitting of ventilated facing-masonrywork facades on the front of new buildings and existing buildings being possible in a time-saving and cost-saving manner.
