PURPOSE:To smoothly convey can lids of which wrapping paper has been unsealed and removed holding in the condition that they are arranged remaining wrapped from the unsealing part to a rolling clincher by a holder. CONSTITUTION:Though a can lid 3 of which wrapping paper has been removed has its both end part held by holding parts 24, 24' of a holder 25, in the holding condition, it is supported on receiving rails 21 which are moved upward by working a cylinder through lower rollers 13, and it is conveyed onto receiving rails 23 by the holder 25 which is moved along rails 30 by releasing the operation of a cylinder 37. Then, a holder 39 is moved ahead by the operation of a cylinder 46, a holding part 38 is positioned on the receiving rails 23 which are put at the direct rear of the holding part 24 of the holder 25, and the holder 25 is moved rearward. The can lid 3 which has been held by the holding part 38 of the holder 39 is conveyed to a rolling clincher unshown in the figure by releasing the operation of a cylinder 49, and after conveying, the holder 39 is returned to its original determined position. |
