PURPOSE:To efficiently and economically control two machine tools by synchronously operating these machine tools by a common numerical controlling program and synchronously executing the symmetrical working to an object to be worked. CONSTITUTION:The column of a main machining center 10 is permitted to move horizontally and a spindle head is permitted to move vertically. In a submachining center 12, a column and a spindle head are permitted to move horizontally and vertically, respectively. A table is permitted to move back and forth. The main and sub-machining centers 10, 12 are synchronously operated by a common numerical control program and execute symmetrical working to an object to be worked. |
