An input signal applied to the input terminal(21) is connected to the non-inverting input terminals of variable gain amplifiers or voltage-controlled amplifiers(22,26). The inverting terminals are connected to the output terminal of the VCA(22). The output terminal of the VCA(22) is grounded through a capacitor(c1), and is connected to the non-inverting terminals of the VCA(24) and amplifier(27). The output terminal of the VCA(24) is connected to the inverting input terminals of the VCA(24) and amplifier(27). The output terminals of the VCAs(26,28) and amplifier(27) are connected to the input terminals of an adder(29) whose output signal is conducted to the output terminal(30) of the frequency characteristic-adjusting cct.
