PURPOSE:To firmly fix a shading coil by a method wherein a self-fusing agent is previously covered on the external part of the shading coil and after engaging the coil in an iron core groove, the self-fusing agent is dissolved by heating or immersing a solvent. CONSTITUTION:After engaging a shading coil covered with a self-fusing agent 4 in an iron core groove 2, an electromagnet iron core 1 is heated or immersed in a solvent and the solution of the dissolved self-fusing agent 4 is filled in the iron core groove section and with the coil 3 covered, the solution is hardened to firmly hold and fix the coil 3 against shock and vibration caused by the AC electromagnet. |
