PURPOSE:To obtain the assembling method with less contact of a voice coil and a magnetic circuit and less fraction defective, by opening holes for spacer for a damper and assuring a gap with a spacer. CONSTITUTION:At an inner circumferential ridge of a damper 10, a hole 10a in which a coil bobbin 9 is inserted and a hole 10b for spacer are pierced. A film 21 for gap tool provided at the outside of a voice coil 8 from this hole 10b is inserted between the voice coil 8 and a top plate 2 to hold the voice coil. After the end of bonding for parts A and B as shown in Figure, the spacer 20 is taken out. Since the film 21 keeps the squareness of the voice coil 8 and the gap interval correctly in this state, a diaphragm 30 incorporating a flat diaphram, core and chamber is loaded and fixed with bonding. After the bonding of the diaphragm 30, the film 21 is taken out to complete the assembling. |
