<p>PURPOSE:To keep the percentage of water content within a fixed range by supplying steam to a moistening means only when the moisture at the inside of a box is lower than a standard value. CONSTITUTION:A moisture sensor 5, a temperature sensor 6, and a moisture/ temperature checking means 7a and an actuating means 7b for a moisture controlling means 7 are fitted to the inside of a box 1. The moisture/temperature checking means 7a receives the data of the moisture and temperature of air at the inside of the box 1 from the moisture sensor 5 and the temperature sensor 6 and discriminates whether the absolute moisture is <=30% or not. When the absolute moisture is <=30%, the means 7a applies an output to the actuating means 7b to actuate the actuating means 7b and maintain a moistening means 8 at the status that steam can be supplied.</p> |
