An electrical connection is produced in that one wire end (13) is wound on to a tinned polygonal bolt (10) of an insulating body (11) and the wound polygonal bolt (10) and an elongated (stretched) wire end (14) are then placed between the two fork parts (16, 17) of a connecting piece (15). Welding electrodes (19, 21) subsequently act on the connecting piece (15) in such a manner that the insulation on the wire ends (13, 14) is broken off by crushing it and by the tin coating (18) melting, and the contact-making sections are simultaneously electrically connected to one another. <IMAGE> |
