PURPOSE:To obtain a pipe whose bonding strength is high, by introducing a reticulate reinforcement having a permeability to molten resins into a crosshead type mold for extrusion molding for a tubular body, feeding the reinforcement to the direction of extrusion while the reinforcement is performed into a cylindrical shape along a mandrel of the mold, and subjecting it to extrusion molding together with a resin fed from an extruder. CONSTITUTION:While the reticular reinforcement 3 having a permeability to a molten resin is fed from the rear end of the crosshead mold 2, it is formed into a cylindrical shape along the mandrel 22. The reinforcement 3 that has been formed into the cylindrical shape along the mandrel 22 is fed to a resin path 26 between a die ring 21 and the mandrel 22 to be embedded in the molten resin extruded from the extruder 1 so that a pipe (A) having the reinforcement therein is obtained. Thus, the pipe having a high strength is obtained wherein synthetic resin layers on the outside and the inside are provided, the reinforcement layer is embedded, and the outer and inner layers are integrated with each other. |
