<p>A junction block having passages with internal annular ribs to accept and seal against electricity cables where the cross-section of the seal ribs resembles a truncated right angled triangle with the oblique face towards the entrance of the passage. Esp. for cable connectors moulded from silicone rubber, where the modified rib section design is less prone to damage during release in prodn. or during repeated insertion and withdrawal of cable terminals. Provides an improved seal about the cable.</p> |
