FITTING CONSTRUCTION OF CAR WINDOW MOLD

摘要

PURPOSE:To retain the holding force of a window mold clip even at high temperatures by covering the leg part of the clip insert hole in plastic spacer with a reinforcing metal plate. CONSTITUTION:A plastic spacer 7 is provided with a hole 12 for fitting a clip 14 to mount the window mold. the leg part 11 of this hole is reinforced by covering with a plate 13 consisting of metal plate. The insert leg 17 of the clip 14 is inserted in the hole 12 and fixed. Because the clip 14 is held fast even when the spacer 7 is softened at high temperatures, the holding force for the mold will never weak.
