PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a water flow controlling apparatus and to simplify the structure of a power transmitting mechanism, by disposing a cam in a water turbine chamber coaxially with a water turbine, and opening and closing a feed water valve directly by the cam. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus capable of feeding a required amount of water by a simple operation of turning a cam 28, a control member 44 fixed to the body 34 of a feed water valve is projected into a water turbine chamber 7. Further, the cam 28 is disposed in the water turbine chamber 7 coaxially with a water turbine 19 and in the manner that the outer peripheral surface of the cam 28 faces the control member 44, so that the control member 44 can be actuated directly by the outer peripheral surface of the cam 28. Therefore, in designing the above apparatus, the cam and the control member can be disposed in a small space, so that the entire structure of the apparatus can be rendered compact. |
