PURPOSE:To enable an easy measurement of hFE without requiring voltage adjustment by providing a prescribed VCE to a non-reversion input with a transistor to be measured connected to the output of a voltage follower circuit comprising an arithmetic amplifier and individual semiconductors. CONSTITUTION:A voltage follower circuit comprising an arithmetic amplifier 7 and a darlington transistor 8 supplies a voltage at a non-reversal input terminal to which a voltage secured with a constant voltage diode D is supplied divided with a variable resistor VR, namely, indicated with a volto meter 6, to a collector terminal of a transistor 1 to be measured not affected by IC which flows into the transistor from a power source 2a and adjusts the power source 3 to set the reading namely, IC of an ammeter 4 at the prescribed value. At this moment, IB is read out with an ammeter 5 to determine hFE=IC/IB. This enables the obtaining of hFE easily without the correction of voltage drop due to variations in IC. |
