REPRODUCING DEVICE FOR RECORDED INFORMATION

PURPOSE:To generate a reproduced output signal without an idle time by writing data equivalent to the access time of program information and simultaneously transmitting said data through a buffer memory that is made readable. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of information picked up at a data processing speed corresponding to an accelerated read speed are sequentially read in a buffer memory 32A. Simultaneously said pieces of information are read and transmitted as a reproduced output signal at the data processing speed corresponding to a standard read speed. Consequently data corresponding to the difference between the accelerated read speed and the standard read speed is accumulated in the memory 32A. The accumulation amount is selected to a value equivalent to the access time required for accessing from one to another information among pieces of information recorded on an optical disk 2. Even if time when no recorded information is picked up while program information is sequentially accessed and read out of the disk 2, consecutively data can be read out of the memory 32A.
