wherein R is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, CONH2, CON(C1-C4 alkyl)2, or substituted C1-C4 alkyl wherein the substituent is N(C1-C4 alkyl)2, one or two OH groups, CONH2, CON(C1-C4 lower alkyl)2 or cycloalkyl; Ar is phenyl optionally substituted by one or two halogen atoms, C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 alkoxy groups; and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof are antifungal agents useful in combating fungal infections in animals, including humans. </p> |
