PURPOSE:To reduce noise and vibration generated by rails and wheels by providing a buffer part between a metal outer ring and a inner ring. CONSTITUTION:An outerring 2 which is in contact with a rail 1 and an axle part 3 which is fixed in support of an axle 4 are both made of metal and a ring- like buffer part 5 filled with an elastic body is provided between them. Both the rolling frictional resistance between the outer ring 2 and the rail 1 and sliding frictional resistance between the axle part 3 and the axle 4 are small because said parts 2 and 3 are made of metal, and this merit can be well effectively utilized. Further, the buffer part 5 provided between the outer ring 2 and the axle part 3 reduces generation of noise and vibration on the face of contact between said ring 2 and the rail 1 and also reduces their transmission to the axle. |
