OBSERVING DEVICE FOR RADIANT RAY TRANSMITTING PHOTOGRAPHING FILM

PURPOSE:To automate record formation simultaneously with the observation of a film by converting an output from a transparent pressure sensitive type position signal generating plate fitted to the surface of a film observing light transmitting plate into a recording signal and recording the signal. CONSTITUTION:A radiant ray transmitting image for the inspection of a welding part or the like on a radiant ray transmitting photographing film 5 is observed by light projected from a light source 3 which transmits the light transmitting plate 2 of a radiant ray transmitting photographing film observing device body 1 through the transparent pressure sensitive type position signal generating plate 6. When an area of the generating plate 6 corresponding to a defect or the like is depressed by a point rod or the like, the corresponding output of the plate 6 is converted into a position signal by a signal processor 4 and the signal is recorded in a recording medium, so that record formation can be automatically attained simultaneously with the observation of the film 5.
