<p>A locking and aligning device for franking machines is disclosed, the device preventing both the value-printing rollers, and the switching drum for an internal adder, from being moved during a printing operation, and also aligning the printing rollers. This is achieved by special tooth arrangements, gearwheel locks, and a slide let into a shaft, the slide being actuated by a suitably designed cam.</p> |
