Arrangement for supporting at a desired level an effective device (10) which can be rotated relative to a connecting device (14), such as a wheel nut socket (10), for example, which is adapted to the wheel nuts (11) on a vehicle wheel (12). The invention makes it possible to support an effective device (10) reliably and effectively at the desired level, and enables the effective device (10) to be displaced to another desired level rapidly and simply. The arrangement comprises a stand (1) which has a locking device and a supporting member which is designed for mounting the effective device (10) and is movable relative to the stand (1) and can be displaced to the desired level, and has at least one complementary locking element which co-acts with the said locking element, making possible the secure locking of the said effective device (10) at the said level by mutual co-action of the locking elements with each other. |
