PURPOSE:To realize remarkable shortening of an adjusting time, by adjusting a circular polarized wave generator part by an axial ratio adjusting screw, and adjusting a transmission phase by a transmission phase adjusting screw. CONSTITUTION:An axial ratio adjusting screw 11 and a phase adjusting screw 12, which have been formed by a magnetic body are provided on a magnet 5 of a circular polarized generator part constituted of a ferromagnetic body 1, a plating waveguide 4 and a permanent magnet 5, and a prescribed position of a shielding pipe 8 corresponding to a magnetic body yoke part 7, respectively. As a result, it is possible to vary magnetic resistance of a magnetic path constituted of such a route as the magnet 5 the screw 11 the pipe 8 the screw 12 the yoke part 7 the magnetic body 1. Also, by taking in and out the screw 11, it is possible to vary a magnetized state in a section of the magnetic body 1. |
