PURPOSE:The titled composition excellent in viscosity characteristics in a wide temperature range, shear stability, and shelf stability of the aq. soln. thereof and suitable as a hydraulic fluid, drawing oil, cutting oil, press oil, etc., which is prepd. by compounding different kinds of specified polyethers in a specified proportion. CONSTITUTION:0.1-30wt% compd. of formulaI, 0.1-30wt% compd. of formula II or III[wherein R1-4 are each a 5-26 C hydrocarbon group; p is 3-4; k+l= 2-200(wherein l may be 0); k/l >=3/7; m+n=10-200 (wherein n may be 0); m/n >=3/7; Y is 0 or N; a=1 when Y is 0, and a=2 when Y=N], 40-99.8wt% water and, if necessary, 0.1-10wt% water-sol. compd. of number-average MW 500-100,000 such as a polyoxyalkylene glycol are mixed to obtain an aq. lubricant composition. EFFECT:The obtd. composition has sufficiently high performance as a high water- content lubricant contg. 85% water. |
