PURPOSE:To obtain the proper air-fuel ratio in an altitude compensation device for a carburetter by providing independent measuring holes to correspond to compensation stops different in suction negative pressure in the carburetter for preventing the interference of measuring air amount caused by the difference of the suction negative pressure. CONSTITUTION:Air-introduction holes 7b and 7c are provided on the side of a housing 3, while delivery holes 6a and 6b are connected also on the side. Annular grooves 15a and 15b are shaped round a movable piece 4. For running in highlands, a bellows 1 is extended to move the movable piece 4 to the right. Consequently, as grooves 15 meet with measuring holes 10, the air is introduced from air-introduction holes 7b and 7c and supplied to a plurality of spots in the carburetter via delivery holes 6a and 6b. In this construction, a plurality of air- introduction holes 7b and 7c and delivery holes 6a and 6b are provided for adjusting connecting positions. Thereby, the carburetter is free from scrambling of air among air-supply spots and allowed to obtain the proper compensation of air-density. |
