DISCHARGING DEVICE FOR RESIDUE OF FLUIDIZED BED TYPE TREATING FURNACE

PURPOSE:To discharge the residues of a fluidized bed type treating furnace without gnawing and wrapping and with small abrasion by moving a piston-like extruding member having a large clearance from a discharge passage back and forth in said passage. CONSTITUTION:An extruding member 4 having a large clearance from a discharge passage 2 for fluidized media and residues in a fluidized bed type treating furnace is connected to a driving rod 5 in said passage 2 along the same and the rod 5 is operated to move the piston freely back and forth, thereby discharging said media and residues to the outside of the passage. Thus gnawing and wrapping of sheets are obviated, the abrasion of the device is reduced, and the residues are discharged with low driving power costs and high sealability.
