PURPOSE:To automatically call a called subscriber when his line becomes free and to connect calling subscribers which are in a waiting state in the order of arrival for talking, by sending out a talkie voice to the calling subscribers by talkie connection and registering said voice in a waiting cue, in the case that the subscriber line is busy when the called subscriber is called from a telephone office. CONSTITUTION:When subscribers C and D call a subscriber B while the subscriber B is talking with a subscriber A under the talking condition (i), a waiting call condition (j) is set and the subscribers C and D are informed that the line is busy with a talkie voice, ''the line is busy, please hold the line'', etc. When the switchboard detects that the talking between the subscribers B and A is over, the ringing tone is sent to the subscriber B, the first calling subscriber C is called, and the talkie voice is continuously sent to the other calling subscriber D under the calling condition (k). When the switchboard detects that the called subscriber B takes up his receiver, the switchboard closes the channel and connects the waiting subscriber C with the called subscriber B under the talking condition (l). |
