PURPOSE:To provide titled cleaning apparatus which displays a remarkable labor-saving effect in comparison with conventional batch type cleaning and drying apparatus, by arraying one by one preliminarily cleaned pipes and performing all of internal surface and external surface cleaning, hot-water cleaning, and internal surface drying successively during conveyance. CONSTITUTION:Pipes cleaned preliminarily in an acid washing tank, a water washing tank 1, etc., are sent, one by one, to an array table 20 and then sent to an endless conveyor belt. Then, cleaning nozzles of an internal surface cleaning device 30 are inserted into pipes being conveyed to the carry-out end of the endless conveyor belt to perform pressurized-water injection washing. Then, the pipes after the internal surface washing are sent to an annular external surface cleaning device 40 equipped with a spray opening surrounding the external circumference of each pipe to perform external surface cleaning, and the pipes are dipped, one by one, in the hot-water tank of a hot-water cleaning device 50. The pipes lifted out of the hot-water tank are sent to an internal surface drying device 60 while being clamped, one by one, during conveyance, and the compressed air is blown into the internal surface of each pipe to dry the internal surface.
