PURPOSE:To obtain the titled machine capable of welding two objects with a certain width thereof being overlapped, by giving bending moments to the objects by two pressing elements when the objects are moved. CONSTITUTION:The right margin of a first sheet 20 is inserted between a press plate 23 and a bed 2 and is abutted on a pin 22. The left margin of a second sheet 21 is inserted between a receiving plate 25 and a press plate 28 and is abutted on a pin 27. A prescribed width B of the sheet 20 and the sheet 21 are overlapped. A press roller 15 is lowered to pinch the overlapped section between the press roller 15 and a processing surface 12 of a processing horn 11, and ultrasonic vibrations are generated in an ultrasonic vibrator 6. Rotating shafts 24a, 29a of rollers 24, 29 borne down on the sheets 20, 21 are inclined againt the feeding direction of the roller 15 to give bending moments to the sheets 20, 21 so that the sheets 20, 21 are urged to abut on the guide pins 22, 27. |
