PURPOSE:To obtain the titled side guide which has an improved unit cost price by moving a driving side guide and an entrance operation side guide to optional positions separately from a path center, and thus enabling to roll at the optional positions. CONSTITUTION:An inlet drive side guide 2 and an inlet operation side guide 3 which constitute a side guide for a rolling mill guide the transportation of a member to be rolled to the rolling mill. In this case, the guide 2 is moved in accordance with the movement of a nut 5 threadedly engaged with a screw part 11A by the rotation of a drive side guide driving shaft 11. When a shaft 13 is rotated, an operation side guide driving shaft 10 is rotated through gears 15 and 16 to move the guide 3 by the movement of the nut 5 threadedly engaged with a screw part 10A. Namely, the driving shaft 10 and driving shaft 11 are rotated by individual driving devices, so the guides 2 and 3 are moved to the drive side and operation side individually on the basis of the center of a path. |
