COOLING DEVICE FOR MOTOR OF APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of exhaust while inhibiting noises due to air by mounting a fan for discharging cooling air at the shaft end of a motor and shaping a cylinder section to a proper shell opposed to the fan while forming an exhaust hole at the outer diameter side of the cylinder section. CONSTITUTION:A fan 8 for discharging the cooling air of a motor 1 is installed to the shaft end section of the motor 1. A cylinder section 30 with a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the fan 8 is formed inside a proper shell 4 opposed to the fan 8 while the exhaust hole 27 of the cooling air is shaped to the proper shell at the outer diameter side more than the cylinder section 30. Accordingly, the backward flowing and eddy of the cooling air are not generated, and the efficiency of exhaust is improved while noises due to air are reduced.
